Livezilla Chat Setup Tutorial

We are looking for someone who is experienced with the LiveZilla program (www.livezilla.net) to produce a step-by-step written tutorial on how to setup and use the program.
The tutorial will be in the form of a Word document with plenty of screenshots explaining each step in the process from beginning to end.
You will also need to explain the step-by-step process of installing and configuring MySQL and PHP and anything else that is required to use this program.
Essential Requirements:
1) NATIVE ENGLISH speakers only.
2) Knowledge of the LiveZilla program and the setup process.
3) Availablity to provide assistance with the installation process if the tutorial is unclear.
4) Tutorial must be very detailed and easy to follow.
