Five Similar Wordpress Themes

I need 5 ‘tab’ themes for 5 separate websites similar to this: http://tinyurl.com/cevaom
each theme would be like this http://tinyurl.com/yjf5k62
as for the layout inside the theme I want it to be similar to this: http://tinyurl.com/yfo7n9l for each tab(theme) each theme is going to be on a separate website, just like the above example.
