Admin Panel For Xml Flash Site

Hi, I need someone to develop a backend to work with xml flash templates from Template Monster. Programmer will create a backend written in php/mysql that will allow admin to edit content (texts and images) for each page, for a XML Flash Template provided by me.
I also need programmer to write a readme file where explain how to apply the CMS on any other template (a kind of “how to implement” guide).
Backend must be in simple html/php so I can easily edit the language.
