Templatemonster Clone

Do anyone have a readymade script for buying and selling templates? Need most of the functions that templatemonster.com offers. I have found one at http://www.alstrasoft.com/template.htm but thought I would ask here first if anyone have a (better or cheaper) script to sell.
No time for developement, the script must be an already existing one. Please contact me in PMB if you might have a demo.
