Prettyphoto Light Box Ad Mod

Hi everyone,
The project requires someone with knowledge in lightbox modifications. The jQuery script is from prettyPhoto, you may download a free version here (http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/projects/prettyPhoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/).
What I need is this:
1) able to place ads, banners, links, etc in the ‘title’ area, not the description.
2) a ‘master’ file where I can place those ad codes (html codes is preferred) and it will display on all lightbox title areas.
If you want to embed RSS feed into the title area, please include the instructions for me.
Please provide me with a WORKING demo first before bidding, because all I need is the codes and instruction on how to do this.
