Phpbb To WordPress Theme

I have a nice forum theme, and would like my wordpress to look the same. I have access to all the commons.css to match all the fonts, etc and all the images used as psd. I do not have a single psd for the theme – only each image used invidiually as a psd.
I need the header and footer to look identicial and the posts to match the bg colors, fonts, text size, etc of that of the forum. You must have done this kind of project before
I am ready to start immediatly..
