Customize WordPress Blog

I would like a simply customisation of a WordPress blog.
You can suggest a theme that is easy to customise, if that makes life easier for you. But at the moment I am using a Cutline theme.
1. Change text logo to image
2. change existing header image to either animated GIF or Flash
3. Create a page template that doesn’t have any sidebars and/or footers (so it appears like a normal web page instead of a blog page, but content can be entered in the normal way.
4. Make it possible to publish post without date and/or time stamp.
