Chat Maker Wanted
Hello! i am looking for someone who will make me a clone of this chat:

it would require a admin panal so i could run the chat and a downloadable client for chatters to download and connect to it.
it is an avatar type chat.
1- i would need it to have a space on the admin control panel to add a dns addy to be connected to the net.
2- i would like the host to have different levels of tools wich i could control from the admin side, like examples:
Room tools: (a person who added their own room or site to the chat server, with just a room ban option, NOT a full server ban option) room host- which would only work in a specified room.
major host- tools which would work in any room
(a person i would have working for the chat server with admin rights, such as “gagging” a person so they cannot speak, or the right to be able to ban a user from the chat server)
3- i would like the admin panel to be able to ban chatters NOT by their IP’s but from their system hashes, ie: their network card
4- i would like each chatter to get a “point” for each minute they are logged in, i plan on using this as a “money” system, with a way to transfer their “money” funds from one account to another, with a way from them to keep track of it, and maybe a top 10 or so of the richest chatters. like a banking system.
5- i would also like a tab in the chat system where chatters could advertise their events in their rooms and all logged in to the chat would see this. with the admin option to ban users from doing this.
6- i would like it to have a “buddy system”, where, you can add people to your list and be able to leave messages for them, online or offline.
7- i’d like the admin control panel to have a feature where i could add/delete rooms to and from the chat server
please check out the chat fully before bidding, as i have already had a few start the project and was unable to do this.
