Very Cool Landing Page

We’re looking for someone to make a high gloss “web 2.0″ lead capture page that has a video with cool graphics and opt in box.
You won’t need to make the video, it will be provided.
The opt in form will have 2 fields: name, e-mail.
This project will require creative design with a very slick high gloss look. This is a landing page ‘for women only’ so the style needs to have a feminine touch.
