Jw Player For WordPress Help

I need help with installing jw player into my wordpress self hosted blog. Would like someone to show me how to do it. My videos are mpeg4 H264 but I can make them to what I need.

Right now I have a viddler player on the page.
I have already tried the wordpress plugin for the jw player at http://www.mac-dev.net/blog/
but for some reason it would load the entire video before playing and no matter what setting I set the buffer length to, it would still try to load the whole thing and took way too long.
