Fabulous Four Canada

We are looking for someone to create a website to market a new Canadian content talk show. The concept will focus on local events, news, hot topics, politics, business, education, fashion, entertainment, health, travel, etc.
we want pizzazzy, stylish with class, contemporary look, functional and user friendly. we want it to have access to twitter, facebook, you tube, and my space. It will have at least 7 headings with 7 different links.
we would like to work with someone on an initial site map and design.
