Create Website Similar To…

My current website: www.freeplaxicoshirt.com needs a little pic me up. I would like to change the design and layout. I like for it to mirror www.freevickshirt.com but with the orange and black being the theme. There will only be 3-4 pages at most. Should be a very easy project for someone who is knowledgeable with wordpress. thanks
