Add Virtuemart Shopping Cart

I have a slight emergency. The developer working on this is going on holiday and we need this finished TODAY.
I need Virtuemart added to an existing joomla website and the content added to it.
Also need the Joomla account creation and login added to the exist site (and made to look nice)
