Website Redesigning

I have a simple complex project.
It involves editing, redesigning of a pay site.
the design must be Extremely attractive and professional.
interactive as in services we offer, slogan e.t.c
create Logo and Banner , add images that relate to the service offered.
Design pay buttons and uploadall the work to the site
Please I do not need an Indian Bidding On this Project, I have heard terrible experiences with these folks. I was Recently scammed by one of them Called (Ploose ) a programmer here in scriptlance.
If you can not deliver Between the giving time period, we have a problem then.
you must provide me with related example work
I do not want a third party Bidder who will give this project to somebody else.
