Piano Program

I have a piano program that I would like to get up and going online so I can start promoting it through joint ventures. What I have now is a squeeze page that will need a some minor tweaking, a sales letter that will need some minor tweaking (getting links to work correctly, changing some text etc..). I have decided to utilize clickbank as my delivery mechanism for simplicity. So I need someone who can set up the thank you page, the download page, and design the download page in a format that the video lessons and pdfs are clearly identified as lesson 1, 2 etc… Should be very easy for any programmer. You must have php experience and be a good communicator. I don’t expect this to take more than a few to complete. Thank you.
