B2evolution Plugin

I am looking for someone to write a plugin for b2evolution that incorporates a .flv file into the flowplayer.org files.
I have a code that I am using on my site, but it is pretty cumbersome to place into the posts. Someone wrote a plugin for this a while ago, but I can’t seem to get any support and it will not work correctly.
