Script For Data Scraping

I need a script that would allow me to scrape data from numerous websites. I don’t have the exact URL of the page that needs scraped. The script would be able to navigate through a site to a pre-defined location. Then the script would be able to sort the listings out into specific columns in an Access Database or an Excel spreadsheet. The columns would include date, address, and the summary of the listing. This information would need to be posted to our website in a eye-pleasing format and include a map. Let me know if you have questions.
