Mwhcec Conference Quiz

Our company is exhibiting at a convention on 11/5/09. We have high-end prizes, but the attendees must complete a simple 4-question, multiple choice quiz and get the correct answers to be entered in the drawing. We would like to administer the quiz electronically to align with our paperless business practices. We would also like to capture the quiz-takers info – either scan a business card or have a brief contact information form before they take the quiz. All content is written and ready to go. We need someone to guide us on how this can be done – from how the participant gives us his info, takes the quiz, how we can see who got the correct answers, how we can choose a winner, and how we can retrieve their contact data after the show.
