Magento Price On Application

I need a Magento expert who can help me implement POA (price on application) on my Magento template that I bought from templatemonster. This feature allows me to list on certain items as “call for price” instead of “price” and “add to cart”. This should be an easy task which should be finished in one day. My site is currently hosting on godaddy.
