Image Of Product In 3d

I require someone to produce a 3D image of our underground Fire Bunker showing the landscape above and including a cut away section to show the internal layout with people inside and indicate relative scale.
The image needs to be print quality to use on a brochure and banner. I am looking for a similar quality in graphic as the attached image which is a competitor product.
