Ex4 Extension File Edited

I bought a Expert Advisor for Forex trading on the MT4 trading platform. Two files were sent to me. One is in a .ex4 extension and the other is a .dll file. When the files are installed they automatically execute trades. The only part I need edited is the name that is displayed on the plateform when installed. I do not want to change the working parts of the files. I have included a screen shot that shows how the name appears in the top right hand corner of the trading platform. This is the only part that needs to change and still keep the files working.
