Vps Server Setup

I want a vps server setup and configured to securely handle the following:
web hosting (HTTP & HTTPS, Apache + PHP) (multiple sites)
host svn repositories (HTTPS & svn + SSH access)
mysql database
ruby on rails
Light email (I need to be able to send mail from web apps, I also need the ability to pipe incoming emails to a script)
The server will host approximately 6 different domains, and I must have the ability to easily add or remove domains.
All this needs to be accomplished securely.
