Simple Image Rotator

Need a simple image rotator script.
My images are all .png with a width=”193″ and height=”163″.
The script should rotate images either sequential or random and the option to fade between images would be nice.
The rotator needs to stop rotating on mouseover and then link to a url on click.
I would like to accomplish this without FLASH.
Need this done ASAP.
