Quality Unit: Post Affiliate 4

We have a client with Quality Unit’s Post Affiliate Pro 4 installed on the server – http://www.qualityunit.com/postaffiliatepro/

The client site is built with Joomla and has two application forms served using Chronoforms.
We require a simple addition to the Commission Screen in the Merchant panel. When the application forms are submitted, we require the {firstname} and {lastname} fields to be added as separate columns on the Commission Screen and any reports.
