Leasd360 Webservice

I have created 3 html forms. Through the Leads360 webservices I need to either push data into our system or retrieve data and amend records. The webservices are calls documented at https://service.leads360.com/ClientService.asmx
Finally I need a dropdown (select) list (A) to be auto populated depending on the selection of a previous dropdown (select) list. (B) This needs a GUI so I can change the relationships.
This is a live system so will not be able to give full access to the webservices passwords, therefore I will have to perform the testing.
