Joomla Site To Manage Cricket

Hi guys,
I need to convert the site www.concordcricket.com into joomla based site with additional requirements
1. host multiple sites (interested candidates will have to register)
2. subscriptions will have both time limits and disk space limits.
at the moment i need to convert the existing stuff into Joomla and then expand to add many more features that i have planned.
Programmers bidding this project are required to have good knowledge of the game of cricket else the project will be very difficult to manage.
