Emailing Blogs

We are looking for people who can send out a standard email (already written)to fashion bloggers.
You will need to be able to distinguish whether the blogs are already part of an affiliate programme or not, as there is a different email depending on whether they are. I have found the blogs through searching, so I need people to quickly look at the results, decide which are relevant, find an email address and send the email.
This requires speed and quick decision making.
