Basic Banner For Website

I am needing a banner for my website. I am not looking for anything fancy. The area you will work on is 190 Width and 120 Height. This is a quick and simple job The main text should be White. The banner will go on the upper right hand of the website. I have provided the “canvas” you will work on. Again, I want something basic. Just the website name would be fine. The website is called “stopscam.info”.
