We want to work with a developer who can get our site listed at the top of google search results and has creative ideas to drive traffic to my site.

Very simple:
1. we want ON-SITE SEO (currently using Joomla Virtuemart with SEF installed). You should be very familiar with this and totally understand what it entails (not just meta tags or key words).
2. We want OFF-SITE SEO. We already have someone dedicated to articles, blogs, and social media. Your effort should be on something other than these.
We have Google analytics, so we could monitored the site’s visiting rates and progresses.
Territories must Exclude Asia and Africa. We are only interested in traffics from America.
NEED VALID/REAL TRAFFIC, NOT THE FAKE TRAFFIC. (do not cheat)
provide a detailed PMB with portfolio, and a proposal for different methods you will use to achieve goals. Most importantly, you must specify the reasonable deadline to achieve this result.
