Ods Xls Project Need Fast

I am going to create a ods/xls file which saves different arrays which look like $arr[$row][$cell]=$value;
This must be inserted within the new ods/xls file. In addition to that, after each data table there must be a chart. Ods/Xls can show bar/line/time/pie charts etc. as it is supported by openoffice/excel.
This job is urgent. I need it done ASAP and would prefer it if you could do it within 24 hrs.
