Summary of Objectives:
- Admin area prepare quote. (manual they just paste in some text they made offline)
- From this quote the system will make a URL where the quote can be viewed.
- URL lasts for 14 days.
- this Client URL page will accept a CC and will do a cc checksum. (3 cards only)
- checksum code can be supplied.
- Checkbox must be checked before form can be submitted.
- results will be sent using the formmail installed on my server, I dont want to use your formmail.

Admin/Agent area
Admin Page. (protected by password obviously)
Admin will esentially go to an admin area to prepare a quote.
basically the admin/agent will cut and paste a quote in to a texfield it will then just generate this with the rest of the page.
(rest of page will constist of form objects like 1. textfield with terms and conds. 2. a check box and a 3. credit card form)
When the agent prepares the quote , a URL will be generated this URL will last for 7 days then expire.
Admin / agent will email this URL to a client.
Client page – will be accessible by a dynamically generated URL (as stated already)
client will check the checkbox and will enter his cc details.
The system will do a quick checksum on the numbers on his cc number. (will only check for 3 types of credit cards)
Checksum code will be supplied.
Then it will use the formmail I to send the completed form by email.
DESIGN
Design will be supplied. You can make a header / footer file.
smarty templates is NOT wanted.

(would like to use the password / Authentication system system from kayako, it provides support for this, but this is not essential at this time.)

Make a bid and also send a message through the pmb showing links to your relevent best work. If you send a message also make a bid.
Posting deadlinks to site that do not exist anymore is sloppy and I do not consider providers that do such. Also if you are a programmer it would be more helpful if you described what you actually did.
