Create Mobile Site

I need to have a mobile (cell phone) web site created from my existing site. I need for the mobile version to fit on the screen of mobile phones.
The flash header on the existing site, can go away. I only want to include the following:
Logo (will be provided), navigation, can then page copy, and any photos that are on each page.
I will provide all files to you.
I only want a person that has worked on a mobile version site to bid on this.
The current website is www.brokensprings.com
I need this project completed as soon as possible.
