Shipping Costs

Hi Guys
I need a php include for my shopping cart, which is unfortunatley very limited.
I am based in the uk & will be shipping to uk mainland, offshore isles & scottish highlands, also to northern ireland.
This is what i need.
When the customer puts his/her postcode in, the cart will automatically work out the delivery cost for that area.
I also need it to work out the weight limits as well, ie, upto 29kg is one price & if over, an additional charge for each subsequent parcel
