Secure Billing Database
Hi!
This project is for a simple billing database / tracking site.
I currently have a number of offline businesses and sites that require offline credit card processing. That is, that I have an Eftpos terminal which I key the details into in order to process the transaction. Currently a client will call, email or visit me with the transaction details to process.
However in order to prepare for future growth, it would be a lot more simplier if the client was able to “lodge” the payment directly on a site, where I could just login and do them all in one spot. This way when the number of transactions become to much, I can easily implement a payment gateway on the same site, therefore eliminating my need to do anything.
The site will also allow my client’s customers to lodge a payment directly with the site. It will also require some basic reporting and email functions.

Please be aware that this is dealing with sensitive content (credit cards), so a high level of encryption will be required. I do have an SSL certificate currently installed on my server.
- Please do not post any form of advertising onto any of your publicly viewable work (If your work is off high quality then I would defineately be interested in using you again for my many other projects).
- I also require the option of support for a predetermined time after the install has taken place, just to iron out any kinks and teething problems.
- Payment will be by Escrow upon completion only.
