Reverse Auction Website

I currently have a auction/reverse auction website that is almost complete but has a few issues that still need to be resolved.
The website can be seen at auctions.artactivism.com
I need a skilled php programmer to review the functionality of the website and resolve some issues already discovered:
- When a registered user uploads images to their portfolio, the thumbnail does not show up (This could be a php setting or an error in the code). This can be tested by using the demo logins:
username: guest
password: guest
Logins to the server will be provided to the winning programmer.
There will be subsequent work on this site that I will award to the winning programmer for this above stated issue.
