Phpfox Spanish Social Site

Good morning I will be buying the PHPfox social network software to build a spanish social site, but I’m wanting to have some one customize a unique template for the site with logo, along with adding additional pages for sports, horscopes, games, weather, soccer, and a fitness section where I could add exersice videos plus ad a google search box. if you are not familiar with phpfox please review the software before bidding to make sure you understand the task, also if you speak spanish it will be good too other wise no big deal, Si son latinos esta bien para que me puedan dar ideas hacerca que otros opciones le puedo dar a las paginas que los latinos les guste.
