Add Artists / Music

I require a programmer to find 50 unsigned musical artists, create them an account and update their account with the information you find. This includes Profile picture which you will also use for their player image. You must also be able to get hold of their music and upload their muisc to their profile. Any type of music is fine, 2/3 Tracks per artist.
Step one. Gather 50 artists.
Step two. Show me so i can review
Step three. create accounts and upload
I require this starting and completing as soon as possible. If successful this could lead to you adding another 50 for the same price and continuing.
