Redesign And Code Landing Page

I need my landing page redesigned so it looks like this http://tinyurl.com/yf6xu22
but changes would include that the image on the left of the person I would like to change the person constantly by using a new image. Also I need my clients to login from this page.
This has to be a php page, you may have to reuse some code from the old design in order to get the login to work correctly.
I am looking to get this done in the next two days.
