Need A Logo

Hi, I am looking for someone to design a logo for my new company.
I AM LOOKIG FOR A GREAT QUALITY LOGO….no cheap stuff!
The Name of the Company is Sapo Marketing Group
We are a Marketing Company which Specializes in helping Small business owners market their copmany and get more clients.
Sapo is spanish for Frog and I want a Frog to be our Mascot….kinda like the GIEKO Lizard except cooler!
I want the logo to encorporate the Name of the company, but I want the FROG to be our Mark.
The Frog must be cool, hip, fun, and progressive.
He will be a character whose look we can change with different costumes..for example during holloween we can dress him up.
Please provide samples.
