WordPress Blog Upgrade

I need someone that can upgrade a blog that was done in wordpress. using wordpress.org. I would like to upgrade the site and have the latest wordpress version without loosing the infor that is already there.. and also do a few little cleaning up of the site so it is more up to date. thank you MR
