Create duplicate site using 3 different color schemes.
Programmer must develope functionality of site.
SITE FUNCTIONALITY
Mouseover effect on Home Page logos so that when mouseover logo
logo becomes larger and more visable
Swish or Flash banner
Slideshow fields on variouse pages throughout site of logos, text or images
FORM FUNCTIONALITY
Drop down menus
Disclosure statements in text box
Option to print final application
Option to print disclosures
Upon form submittal applicant should be taken to a page where status
bar indicates application is processing
Based on points assigned to each form field a decision is rendered
Admin function to assign numeric values to application questions and
assign application decision based on numeric value
Option to upload documents to attach to application
Option to download documents to sign
Discussion about database and database function; Must be capable of creating database which holds all form fields with export of data in a report format
