Finish Cms With Modifications

I have a cms that was built for a site, it was not finished
I need it finished and I need some modifications
its php
databased
some pages are not working with the cms, some are
the pages are being called names like: /index2.php?page=16#
I dont like that, I need all of the pages to have regular names like contact.php or services.php not .php?page=16
