Customise WordPress Menu

+ on a subpage it shoud be the corresponding top menu that is highlightet right now no menu is highligted, it is made in WP
then I need a 3rd level menu also – in the sidebar
some 2nd level pages will have a 3rd level under them
should be displayed in the sidebar, like here: http://www.seo-outlet.dk/bestil
when a user goes to a 2nd level subpage with 3rd level subpages, then he should see a menu in the sidebar
if the user goes to a 3rd level page, then the whole menu in the sidebar for the 2nd level page should still be there
