Cms Site Like Readingbeer. Com

I would like a CMS site like readingbeer.com. Same animated header, but it doesn’t have to be flash. It can be HTML. Different colors as I do not want the site to look just like the readingbeer.com site. I can provide a logo for the header. I will input all pages, text, information, etc. I just need you to create a CMS template (maybe for WordPress or Joomla). Thanks
