Migration To Virtuemart

Script for Migration from a custom shop site (the database are in mysql) to virtuemart (joomla).
Need migration for customers and products only.
I can provide you a sample mysql DB or the previus shop system and you give me a script to migrate to the virtuemart database (only the products and the customers).
Please make offer only if you real know how to do this.
