Cron Twitter Script

This one is pretty simple.
A place to add twitter user, message and recurring parameters.
Should allow for multiple users and extensive recurring parameters.
Example: Recurring every day at 11 AM PST
Example: Recurring every 3rd Monday at 1 AM GMT
Limit budget for this. Will not do escrow been burned already.
