Need Xml Feed Created For Zen

We are looking for someone how knows XML very well.
We have a distributor in which we use for access to product inventory and this distr is offering custom or full feeds access to their inventory via configurable XML fields and data feed. www.cwrelectronics.com
We need to have a feed created that will upload the distr inventory into our Zen Cart store and then have it automatically everynight perform the same feed.
This will be a real time feed access to a distributor’s inventory
