Memory Usage Problem On Vps

Recently we have been encountering several problems on our server including sudden increase in memory usage and other scripts such as tailwatchd failing. After restarting the system problem resolves, however after a couple of minutes or hours, memory usage continues to increase until maximum.
Please send your suggestions. Successful bid will be hired for future problems we encounter as well.
