Up date or make new form with out i frames with a control panel, provide script, and give instruction on how to put up to server, ad captcha to forms and contact forms and provide coding.
Will make form dynamic and easy to use, will use google tools for calculating road miles and have a zip code look up as on my web site now, will condense e-mail information to end user. form will be as on my web site but with improvements on perfomance and look… form must be conected to check out psyment. $50.00 bonus upon completion
