Fix Clone Error Programming

I have a penny and fixed price auction script clone which i like more
the clone name is greenfair
I would to fix error programming in the script for different section, MY VOUCHERS, the BID-BUTLER do not function regular and i would change the timezone (i have a shared hosting for now) and not have privileges for change curtime()
